Inhand pole exercise ideas
I?m looking for ideas for layout of poles - can anyone recommend any exercises or point me in the direction of useful websites or books? We will be working towards daily 30 minutes Inhand sessions incorporating poles (and raised poles), all Inhand at walk, so I?d like lots of ideas to keep it interesting. Anything that gets her lifting her back, stretching, increasing movement in her joints.
