ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has taken up a miscellaneous application against PM Principal Secretary Fawad Hussain Fawad for alleged misuse of his authority to accumulate his assets to the tune of billions of rupees before adjourning the case till January 24. The bench that took up the case comprised Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani. Lawyers Khurram Mehmood, Sabir Ahmed and Tufail Shehzad are the petitioners in the case. They have pleaded that the relevant documents of NAB should be made part of the case. They pleaded that the court ordered the NAB to take action in this corruption case.
