Faizabad sit-in: Authorities evolve strategy to disburse protesters
 ISLAMABAD: The law enforcement agencies and administration have stepped up to block the roads leading to Faizabad in order to bar more people from joining the sit-in. The decision in this regard was taken on Thursday in a high-level meeting attended by the administrative Authorities of the twin cities.According to details, administrative Authorities of the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad have evolved the strategy to disperse the protester, who have been staging sit-in at Faizabad interchange for 18 days. Initially, additional barriers were placed on the already blocked Murree Road to follow the directives. Moreover, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) was also ordered to switch off street lights on the Faizabad bridge. *Earlier on Wednesday, Director General (DG) of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Maj Gen Asif Ghafoor had said that the army would act upon whatever decision the government takes on the ongoing Faizabad sit-in.
