Dam empties causing major flooding in **rthern China
 Dramatic footage has surfaced from China of severe flooding in the city of Yulin, Shaanxi Province. One video showed food waters raging through the city, submerging a bridge and causing a building to collapse. Twenty-thousand people have been evacuated from their homes, according to local media.
