Major League Baseball player Alex Bregman just learned this the hard way.*

Bregman deleted his Twitter account after reacting, ahem, strongly to criticism from a fan. Here's what happened.

Bregman slid into the fan's DMs (which are direct messages, for all you olds), then got savagely owned by said fan, then melted down completely by writing that "I forgot I shouldnt give flees [sic] on the nutsack of society the time of day."*
