Gary Oldman makes a rare appearance in an ad for the new HTC One M8 smartphone, challenging viewers to "ask the Internet" about the device.

Oldman, a respected actor with a fervent Reddit following, doesn't claim to k**w much about the phone. In one spot, called "Blah Blah Blah" (watch below), he says, "It doesn't matter what I say, because the all-new HTC One is designed for people who form their own opinions."
