?KP, Fata merger to unite Pakhtuns?
PESHAWAR: Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) provincial chairman and Senior Minister Sikandar Hayat Sherpao has said that merger of Fata with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would unite the Pakhtuns.
He was addressing a press conference at his residence, where PML-N Charssada vice-president Wahab Khan an**unced joining the QWP along with his supporters. On the issue of Fata’s merger, he added the QWP leader Aftab Sherpao had reiterated his viewpoint that tribal areas should be merged into the KP, and any delay would pave the way for militancy in the tribal region. Sikander Sherpao said that Islamabad needed to have a permanent foreign policy based on changing regional political, eco**mic situation and ground reality and warned that if the federal government ig**red the realities, international isolation would be the destiny of the country. “Pakistan needs to reconsider its policy with its neighbours, especially Afghanistan and Iran.
