Four soldiers injured in Orakzai Agency IED blast
HANGU: Four personnel of security forces sustained injuries in a roadside blast in the upper Orakzai Agency on Saturday, official sources said.
The sources said that personnel of the bomb disposal unit of security forces and soldiers from the Frontier Corps (FC) were scanning the road in the Akhel area for explosive devices planted by the militants when their vehicle hit an improvised explosive device (IED). A member of the FC identified as **or Muhammad and three soldiers including Sharafat Ali, Saleemullah and a**ther whose identity could **t be ascertained, were wounded in the blast. The vehicle was also damaged in the explosion. They were shifted to hospital for treatment.
