Shehbaz Sharif files Rs10 bn defamation lawsuit against Imran
 LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif has filed Rs 10 billion defamation lawsuit against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.The lawsuit was filed through Advocate Mustafa Ramday. In the suit Shehbaz Sharif has taken the stance that Imran Khan defamed him with lies. The petition, which has been filed under sections 4 and 9 of the defamation Ordinance, 2002, states that Imran Khan falsely accused Shehbaz Sharif of making him a financial offer for his silence over the Panama papers case. “Either Imran tender apology or withdraw the allegations”, the advocate said.
