Claims to be biggest street power in Pakistan
SIALKOT: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said that the Nawaz League was heading for a confrontation, and his party will also deal with them in the same coin. Talking to the media here on Thursday, he said the PTI would take to the streets to get the issues resolved, as it was the biggest street power in the country. He said he would go to the Supreme Court on Monday to shut the mouths of his political opponents. The PTI chief said that the PML-N brings a new “performer” every other day, but **w they could **t escape from accountability. He said the Sharifs k**w it well they have **thing to submit as evidence in the JIT, and that was why they (PML-N) were trying their best to make the JIT controversial. To a question, Imran said whatever happened with Sheikh Rasheed outside the assembly building was part of a well-thought-out strategy of the PML-N politics. He said the PML-N has an old habit of getting its political opponents punished. Meanwhile, reacting to statements given by PM's special assistant on political affairs Asif Kirmani and others, Naeem said the PML-N-was afraid of accountability and wanted to create hurdles in the way of the apex court and the JIT. The PTI spokesperson said the PML-N was spewing ve**m on the dictates of Prime Minister Nawaz about the JIT but the PTI would make an example of them for others. He said earlier ve**m was spewed against the JIT by Nehal Hashmi and **w the government was sparing **t a single chance to malign the JIT and judiciary.
