 If abducted person **t presented in court ...Investigation ******r says he k**ws in which agency’s custody Asif Zardari’s aide is; will tell court next week ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court on Thursday summoned the secretary interior and secretary defence over the abduction of a former adviser of the Sindh government and close associate of Asif Ali Zardari, Nawab Leghari. Islamabad High Court Judge Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard the petition filed in connection with the recovery of Nawab Leghari. During the hearing, the investigation ******r said that the abducted man was in the custody of an agency, adding that he could **t tell that the abducted person was in the custody of which agency. He said that if he was given time, he would indicate about that institution in the next hearing. While rejecting additional time, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani gave the remarks, “I have taken oath for the protection of citizens, whom I shall protect in all conditions; the abducted will be recovered at all costs." He further remarked that the secretaries interior and defence should appear at all cost in the next hearing.
