Hoti says people suffering due to political wrangling between federal, KP govts TAKHT BHAI: Awami National Party (ANP) provincial president Ameer Haider Hoti on Sunday said that the political wrangling between the federal and provincial governments over the issue of loadshedding had taken its toll on the eco**mic condition of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Talking to central chairman of Pakhtun Students Federation (PkSF) Haq Nawaz Khattak and other party leaders from Takht Bhai tehsil at his residence in Mardan, the nationalist politician said that his party would stage a sit-in in Islamabad against loadshedding after Eidul Fitr. He said that the federal government was punishing the people of the province in its political rivalry with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).Terming the budget of the federal government an election budget, Haider Hoti said that the federal government did **t earmark any funds for construction of new dams or other power projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. “The allocations for mega development projects in the federal government budget in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are a peanut,” he maintained. He said that the power projects either launched or identified by the previous ANP-led government in the province had become victims of political wrangling between the federal and provincial governments. Criticising the PTI-led Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, he said that the incumbent government had pushed the province 50 years back and the development in the province had been brought to a halt. He said that loadshedding has made the life of the people miserable while investors and industrialists had shifted their investment and factories to other provinces. Hoti said the PTI government did **t do anything for the revival of the industrial sector and reopening of the closed factories in the province. He said that the PTI-led government had weakened the provincial eco**mically and the province was being run on loans. The nationalist leader said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and PTI chief Imran Khan were two sides of the same coin. He condemned the recent spate of attacks in Afghanistan, saying the international community should come forward and play its role to make an end to the bloodshed in the volatile country. The former chief minister demanded the immediate merger of the tribal areas with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and due share in the National Finance Commissioner awards for Fata. He asked the party workers to end their differences and start preparation for the next general elections. أكثر... ??????? ??????: ANP threatens to stage sit-in against loadshedding in Islamabad || ??????: ahlam1399 || ??????: اسم منتداك
