That's a stamp that changes when you touch it, and we're so into it.* SEE ALSO: The 2017 total solar eclipse will be livestreamed from 100,000 feet The new stamp (it goes from a black orb to a full moon with the heat of your finger) celebrates the first eclipse crossing all of **rth America for the first time since 1918. The big day is Aug. 21 and the stamp will debut on June 20 at an issuing event at the University of Wyoming on the summer solstice.
