KARACHI: As elsewhere, the Christian community in the metropolis Sunday celebrated Easter with traditional zeal.
Special services were held in the churches of Karachi on the occasion and prayers were also offered for the peace, progress and prosperity of the country.
The Sindh Police on the directives of the IGP, had made adequate security arrangements on the occasion and there were ** untoward incidents involving the Christian community reported in the city on the occasion.
