PESHAWAR: The Paramedical Association of Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) on Friday postponed the strike due to Muharram-ul-Haram and an**unced to suspend health services in the facility on October 18 if the hospital administration didn’t accept its demands.
The Paramedical Association, LRH chapter, called general body meeting and criticised the hospital administration and particularly hospital director for his inflexible attitude towards the paramedics. Paramedics, Peshawar Division, president, Mohammad Anwar Khan, Murad Khan, Nabi Amin, Waris Khan, Shahid Ghauri and others attended the meeting. The paramedics had earlier an**unced to suspend health services in LRH on September 29, if the hospital administration failed to resolve their grievances. Paramedics’ provincial president Syed Roeedar Shah chaired the meeting and accused the hospital administration for forcing them to take to the streets and suspend health services, seeking solution to their genuine problems. He said they didn’t want patients to suffer due to their strike and that’s why decided to resolve negotiated settlement of their problems by holding meetings with the hospital administration. Roeedar Shah complained the hospital administration didn’t seem serious in resolving their problems, prompting them to use other means. He said that all the auto**mous hospitals had been paying share to their employees, except LRH.He said the LRH employees had **t been paid their share for the past six months that created uncertainty among the low-paid workers. أكثر... ??????? ??????: LRH paramedics postpone strike till October 18 || ??????: ahlam1399 || ??????: اسم منتداك
