Shortly afterwards, Samsung had issued an advisory worldwide, urging users to return the device. Mashable India has learned that the Galaxy **te7 will launch in the country before Diwali. Much like Christmas in Western nations, Diwali is a big festival in India and it sees huge spike in sales during the period. Diwali will be celebrated on Oct. 30 this year.* Read more...
