Terror financing: SBP to freeze over 2000 bank accounts
KARACHI: The State bank of Pakistan (SBP) has instructed all the banks to freeze bank accounts linked with militant organizations and their facilitators.
Following the orders of National Counter Terrorism Authority (Nacta), the SBP issued instructions to all the banks to freeze accounts of over 2000 individuals listed on the Fourth Schedule of the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) 1997.
