ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Dr Maleeha Lodhi on Saturday said that Pakistan would further intensify its efforts to expose the Indian occupied forces’ atrocities in the Indian held Kashmir.
Replying to various queries in a private television talk show, she said in the near future, Pakistan would consult all the members of the United Nations Security Council and seek ways to implement the UN resolutions on the Indian Occupied Kashmir (IoK). Referring to the prime minister’s speech at the 71st United Nations General Assembly session, Maleeha said Pakistan was ready for bilateral talks but, in fact, it was India which had shut doors on the dialogue. On the one hand, India was defying the UN resolutions and, on the other hand, it was **t giving access to the fact finding missions in the occupied valley, she added. She termed such tactics ‘** talks pastures’ on part of the Indian government. Pakistan, she said, wanted a peaceful settlement of the issue. Pakistan wanted to engage India through a comprehensive dialogue process and definitely, it would push its narrative over the Indian views, she added. She also regretted the diplomatic language used by the Indian leadership against Pakistan. Dr Maleeha said the dossier handed over to the global leaders contained the facts about the IoK situation. The world had ack**wledged Pakistan’s immense sacrifices in the war against terrorism and reiterated support to the country, she replied in response to a question. She said the world knew how the Kashmir movement started in the IoK in the backdrop of killing of a young Kashmiri leader, followed by inhuman atrocities committed by the Indian forces against the whole populace, but **w, this movement had reached its peak. أكثر... ??????? ??????: Pakistan to intensify campaign over IHK situation: Maleeha || ??????: ahlam1399 || ??????: اسم منتداك
