Farooq Sattar is chief of MQM, says Rauf Siddiqui *
KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan leader Rauf Siddiqui has categorically stated that that ** one except Dr Farooq Sattar is the chief of MQM.
