Ban on recruitment in Sindh to be lifted after Eid, says Murad
SUKKUR: The Chief Minister of Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah, while talking to media in Sehwan Sharif and addressing a public meeting in Bobak, said that during his meeting with the prime minister, he (the chief minister) took up the issues of NFC, tax on services and the power issue.
He said that ban on recruitment in the province would be lifted after Eid. The chief minister said that the Karachi situation was much better **w than in the past. Syed Murad Ali Shah said that there were many projects in the pipeline in order to eliminate poverty and unemployment. Talking about the Manchar Lake, he said that a project on it was also in the pipeline. The chief minister said he had protested with the federal government over loadshedding. Syed Murad Ali Shah said that industrial and agriculture sectors of Sindh had been a victim of loadshedding. He asked the provincial bureaucracy to pay attention to the resolution of the issues of the people of Sindh. He an**unced the elevation of Sehwan municipal committee's status to that of a town committee.
