Islamabad: Federal Directorate of Education director general Dr Shahnaz Anjum Riaz will retire in three and a half months time after attaining the age of superannuation.
According to a **tification of the Capital Administration and Development Division, which has the administrative control of the FDE, the directorate’s director general (BPS-20) will retire from the government service on December 10. Her date of birth is December 11, 1956.
Dr Shahnaz has reclaimed her current post for the third time at the Supreme Court’s intervention. During the hearing in April this year into a contempt plea of Dr Shahnaz challenging her removal from the post on April 7, 2015, despite its orders, a Supreme Court bench headed had ordered the removal of the incumbent, Dr Ali Ahmad Kharal.
