Pakistan invites Indian Foreign Secy to Islamabad for talks on IoK
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan on Friday called for putting an immediate end to the human rights violations in Indian occupied Kashmir and provision of medical facilities to the injured people.
Foreign Secretary Aizaz Chaudhry, in reply to the letter of his Indian counterpart, called for resolution of Kashmir dispute in accordance with the UNSC Resolutions, a statement from the Foreign ****** said. The statement said the Indian High Commissioner was called in today (Friday) by the Foreign Secretary and a reply to the letter of the Indian Foreign Secretary was handed over to him. The letter invites the Indian Foreign Secretary to visit Islamabad by the end of this month to discuss the Jammu & Kashmir dispute with a view to finding a fair and just solution as per the United Nations Security Council resolutions and aspirations of the people of occupied Kashmir. Pakistan also called for putting an immediate end to the human rights violations against the in**cent people of IoK struggling for their right to self determination.
