A woman and her small dog were rescued from her sinking vehicle in Baton Rogue, Louisiana, just seconds before it was submerged in water on Saturday.*

In the clip, a rescue boat can be seen approaching and then attempting to break the window of a partially submerged vehicle as it slowly slips deeper into the water.*

"Oh my god I'm drowning," a woman says from inside the vehicle.*
