Daesh, Qaeda common threat to Iran, Pakistan: Iranian FM *
TEHRAN: Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said on Saturday that Daesh and al-Qaeda are the common threat to Iran and Pakistan.
Zarif made these remarks in a meeting with Foreign Secretary of Pakistan Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhry. He said that the Islamic Republic of Iran and Pakistan must fight terrorism including Daesh and Al-Qaeda terrorist groups. Zarif called for expansion of all-out eco**mic cooperation between the two countries. He said all Pakistani banks will be able to broaden banking cooperation with Iran without any concern. Foreign Secretary of Pakistan said for his part that relations between the two countries in all fields are on rise and Pakistani companies are eager to broaden cooperation with their Iranian counterparts.
