SHO, others booked in alleged torture case
SUKKUR: A Station House ******r and four other policemen were booked in a case of alleged torture on a former UC Nazim of Shikarpur.
Reports said that the SSP of Shikarpur, by taking **tice of some video leaks which allegedly showed Abdul Ghaffar Arain, the former UC Nazim, being tortured by SHO Qamaruddin Panhwar during which Arain died of a cardiac arrest, had registered an FIR against the SHO and four others. On Wednesday, the relatives of the deceased protested and said that despite the registration of an FIR against the SHO and others, ** one **minated in the FIR had been arrested.
