BARA: A former member of the peace body was killed in Bara tehsil of Khyber Agency on Saturday, sources said. It was learnt that a former member of the pro-government Tauheedul-Islam Haji Khel was on his way when unidentified armed men opened fire on him in Zaoddin area in lower Tirah, killing him on the spot. The attackers fled the scene. Soon after the incident, the security forces reached the area and launched a search operation, but ** arrest could be made. ** group claimed responsibility for the killing.
