RIYADH, June 28 (Reuters) - Saudi Aramco has agreed a dealwith Saudi Basic Industries Corp (SABIC) to set up ajoint oil-to-chemicals project in the Red Sea city of Yanbu,Aramco's chief executive Amin Nasser said on Tuesday.
