Power thief fined Rs 300,000
From Our Correspondent LALAMUSA: Gepco City subdivision SDO Abdul Qayyum Korai fined Rs 300,000 to a store owner on charges of stealing electricity. The Gepco team inspected a departmental store in Main Bazaar LALAMUSA and found electricity theft allegedly by the owner of the store by tampering with two power meters. The SDO fined the store owner and filed an application in the City police station for the registration of a case. KIDS, SIZZLING HEAT: Scorching heat has forced school-going kids to douse themselves with water given to them to drink at school. Travelers and birds halted their journey to brave sizzling heat.
