Getting on a plane and sitting down next to a screaming baby is the stuff of nightmares — but so is being the*parent who finds themselves sitting next to an angry passenger when their baby is upset.
Because babies cry, and because parents could use just a bit more empathy, JetBlue decided to try to flip passengers' attitudes for Mother's Day.
