Shoe hurled at Delhi CM Kejriwal, man arrested
A man was detained while trying to throw a Shoe at Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal when he was addressing a press conference on the second odd-even plan in the city. The Shoe did **t hit the chief minister and was caught by an AAP supporter who was present on the dais with the chief minister.
