Bangkok is the second-most congested city in the world
   Thailand's capital is k**wn for being among some of the more congested cities in Southeast Asia, but a new study has **w placed its traffic jams second just behind Mexico City. According to Dutch navigation firm TomTom, Bangkok's traffic moves 57% slower on average compared with a clear road situation. During morning peak hours, it slows to a further 85%, and a snail-like 114% in the evening.  Evening traffic can result in jams for hours.
