   The blossoming relationship between Cuba and the U.S. is **t yet out of its awkward phase. U.S. President Barack Obama and Cuban President Raúl Castro shared a special one on Monday when, after their wide-ranging press conference, Castro tried to triumphantly raise Obama's left arm, but the president's wrist went limp. Those who watched the press conference immediately wondered why.*Was it a mistake? Or did President Obama go limp on purpose?
