A teaser released on Monday shows villain Mick Taylor, played by John Jarratt, who murdered backpackers in the original low-budget film, the target of a revenge plot.* In the new ******, 19-year-old Eve Thorogood, played by Australian actress Lucy Fry, survives the massacre of her family at the hands of Taylor.
