Damascus, Aug 24 (IANS) Syrian border guards have confiscated a large shipment of ******* and ammunition, including missiles, in a town on the Syrian-Lebanese border, state-run TV said on Monday. "The Syrian border guards confiscated a shipment of heavy ******* and ammunition, including missiles, in the town of Bayoun on the Syrian-Lebanese border," Xinhua cited the TV as saying, adding that the shipment was meant to be smuggled from the Lebanese side of the border into Syria.
