The FDA Cleared the PeriCoach Pelvic Floor exercise system, according to MobiHealthNews. The product includes an insertable device which communicates with a Smartphone to report on the how the exercises are being performed, the data being also passed to an online portal where it an be reviewed in greater detail.

The device has three sensors that measure the pressure being applied and the app provides real-time feedback on how you’re doing with the Kegel exercises. The **tes are both audio and visual, so you have the option to lay the phone nearby and listen for periodic instructions.
