The Justice Ministry is currently preparing a new charter that will make it obligatory for lawyers to defend People who are poor or on low incomes on a pro-bo** basis, Al-Madinah newspaper reported on Sunday. Ministry sources said the new charter would be an**unced soon. The sources said the legal services to be provided by lawyers to poor People would include representing them in courts and providing them with consultations and legal opinions free of charge.
