The Islamic State?s media branch in Raqqa, Syria, released a video on **vember 19 showing Fighters celebrating and congratulating Islamist Groups who have recently pledged allegiance to the IS leader Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi. The Fighters can be seen carrying banners celebrating the allegiance of jihadists in Sinai , Yemen, Algeria, Libya and Saudi Arabia. On **vember 13 the Islamic State released an audio recording described as Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi addressing Muslims across the Arab world and urging Muslims to rise up against their leaders and join IS. In this video, a masked speaker calls on Muslims to ?come to their senses and pledge allegiance?.
