The DIHQA organising committee made the an**uncement on Monday at a press conference at its headquarters in Al Mamzar. Al Tayyeb, 68, who is also president of Al Azhar University and once served as the Grand Mufti of Egypt, was named Islamic Personality in 2013 as well.
