</p>This week we ask Hollyoaks star Kieron Richardson what makes him get up and go. The 24-year-old has recently been busy skating as a contestant on Dancing on Ice. HOW DO YOU KEEP FIT? I swim a lot, I love swimming. I have a pool in my house which is great. I think it gives you a good level of overall fitness. BEST PLACE TO KEEP FIT? Again, the pool for me. I am a bit of a wimp and donâ??t like going out in the cold and rain to exercise. I used to do cross country running when I was younger but not anymore, and I smoke which means I canâ??t run for very long. But skating has been great exercise too. It is hard work and it really tones you up. I have noticed the difference since I started, on my arms and shoulders especially. TELL US ABOUT YOUR DIET I always have a full breakfast. I will have eggs for the protein and may have things like beans too. At lunch I will have a jacket potato or a sandwich. But at tea time, if I have been good in the day, I will have a take away or something naughty. Sometimes I will have chicken or spaghetti Bolognese. WHAT IS IN YOUR FRIDGE NOW? There isnâ??t much! I have party food, like mini sausages and other nibbles. ANY VICES? Takeaways and chocolate are my weaknesses. But obviously the main one is smoking, I am trying to cut down. Lots of my friends have given up recently and it does make you feel very unhealthy â?? and I canâ??t go running.
