Kerala finance minister presents budget with 15 % higher expenditure
 The state was able to collect GST revenue of Rs 15030 crore till December 2019, in the place of Rs 28416 crore applying 14% growth rate taking 2015-16 as base year. Kerala finance minister blamed the centre for not providing compensation for the drop in revenue.
