'Better Call Saul' Renewed For a Second Season, But Debut Pushed
   AMC is already placing a Call for more Saul. The network an**unced Thursday that it has picked up the Breaking Bad spin-off starring Bob Odenkirk for a Second Season, even before the show has debuted.
