"The Corporate Records Handbook: Meetings, Minutes & Resolutions" by Attorney Anthony Mancuso is a six hundred page resource book that contains just what the cover says it does. It is a very good book of forms that will allow the reader to use the book to document everything you need to keep Records of to maintain your incorporated business. This is not a book to help you incorporate your business, in fact, Mancuso wrote a separate book titled "Incorporate Your Business" to assist with the business formation. This book is for after your corporation is formed and you need help conducting the business matters on an ongoing basis. The book is published by Nolo, which means it is in general language that is easily understood by everyone, not just attorneys. Even though I am a licenses attorney, I still really like the books that Nolo puts out. They are good for the layperson and Attorney alike. And this book really is a great book of forms.
