The Independent India has seen three horrible Assassinations at National level. In all the three incidents, the leaders refused to have special security though they were warned beforehand about the seriousness of the situation. Secondly, in all the cases of all these assassinations, one can find that killers were highly motivated. Thirdly, reactions from the general public were terrible with killing and counter killing by supporters and opponents of the assassinated leaders. Here is a story depicting a head of State, escaping an assassination attempt by brilliantly following a method of protection usually taken by great dictators who are under constant threat. But could he really escape? This story, is in a simple, crisp language and contains unexpected twists and a powerful climax. It should be added that the story is purely a fiction and does not bear resemblance to anybody living or dead and also to any organisation. While due care is taken not to mention any leader's name, living or dead, name Mahatma Gandhi alone is mentioned because we treat him as the Father of the Nation. The story is very much suitable for filming.
