RAWALPINDI: commander Rawalpindi corps Lieutenant General Bilal Akbar Thursday visited troops at Siachen, the Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.The commander lauded the state of readiness and high morale of troops, the ISPR statement added.
