Oregon High School Shooter Identified as 15-Year-Old Freshman

The attacker, Identified as Jared Michael Padgett, a Freshman at Rey**lds High School in Troutdale, about 20 miles outside Portland, entered a boys locker room on Tuesday at the gymnasium, where he "murdered a fellow student," police Chief Scott Anderson said.
