Veteran actor Vic Morrow died while filming Twilight Zone: The Movie. In a scene where he was being chased by a helicopter along with two seven-year-old children, the helicopter was damaged by nearby pyrotechnic explosions that forced the helicopter down, decapitating Morrow and one of the children, while the other was crushed by a helicopter strut.
