Anyone straight up and down with well fitting jods/breeches!??

If so I need your help! I am size 10 straight up and down and if I find jods or breeches to fit my legs they are too tight on the waist and if they fit my waist then they are too big on the leg. I am sick of looking....anyone have any they would recommend please?
