Combi gel surface ( Combi-ride plus oil/wax)

Does anyone have / use an outdoor arena with combi-gel surface? I am planning a 60x30 outdoor and for various reasons prefer to have a waxed surface. Martin Collins and Andrews Bowen are out of my price range and Combi-ride plus combi-gel has been suggested. I'd be interested to hear if anyone has any experience of it and what your thoughts are. TIA.
