In case you missed it, earlier this week, pop star Fergie of Black Eyed Peas fame gave a, uh, questionable rendition of the national anthem at the NBA All-Star game.*

To be fair, it's a very hard song to sing, but because this version was just so... unique, it sparked plenty of memes and criticism.*

But not everyone's a critic. In fact, the singer's ex-husband and father of her child, Josh Duhamel, came to her defense on The Ellen Show.
