Freelance grooms / holiday cover for horse care

Hi ladies and gentlemen!Having to pop away for a short while (night/day) and wondering how people find cover to care for their horses while they're away? Unfortunately my horsey friends are going to be in the area I'm travelling to for a flying visit and the one down here may be busy at the moment.I was thinking to use Facebook groups, but wondered if there was a better way?Thanks in advance!
